1.2 Refundable Services

While we generally do not offer refunds for completed services due to the custom nature of our work, we recognize that certain situations may warrant a refund. Full or partial refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

Project Cancellation by Client:
  • If the client cancels a project before development begins, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the client cancels a project after development has started, a partial refund may be provided based on the stage of completion, determined by mutually agreed milestones.
  • Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays.
1.3 Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Delays caused by the client, such as late approvals or incomplete information.
  • Minor revisions requested after project completion.
  • Changes to the project scope initiated by the client after development has begun.
